РусThe results of the neotectonic stress fields reconstruction within the East European platform (EEP) and adjacent areas made for the first time using the analysis of secondary disturbances are given. The main factors responsible for neotectonic deformations are rifting in the Atlantic and Arctic Oceans (northern and western EEP) and orogenesis in the Caucasus and the Carpathians (outhern EEP).
